There are three (3) Key Documentation Requirements
for Importing into Canada and the USA: Click the links below
to view required forms.
NAFTA Certificate of
Origin: Required for U.S. or Canadian goods to receive
duty free treatment.
Commercial Invoice
or Canada Customs Invoice (CCI): CCIs are acceptable providing
all key CCI information is included: Date of Exportation,
Shipper and Consignee address, Value, US or CSN Dollars, Country
of Origin, Number of Pieces, Cartons, Pallets, Weight in LBS
or KGs, and Description of Goods.
Pro Forma Invoice required for Importing into the USA.
Note: Other U.S. Gov't Agencies Forms may be required, i.e.
FCC, FDA, Textile Declaration etc.
