Quality Service
TransTravel is firmly committed to quality service. Our customers
are assigned an account executive. This individual will assist
travel planners or individuals in developing a travel program
to streamline travel requirements.
We invite all of our clients to interact with us in our quest
to improve upon the quality of our service and to work together
with us to exceed all industry standards.
Power Pricing
Each itinerary is scanned by "Power Pricing" software.
In a single entry, "Power Pricing" determines the
lowest fare for a booked itinerary, searches for the lowest
available fares on other carriers and routes, and provides
recommendations for up to three alternate lower-fare itineraries.
To assure that our clients receive the best possible fare,
TransTravel uses "Power Pricing" at the time of
the original booking.
24 Hour Assistance
Travel assistance is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Normal hours of operation for TransTravel are 8:00 A.M. to
5:00 P.M. Pacific time, Monday through Friday. After hours
service is handled by our affiliate, Worldspan VIP travel
service.
