We realized from our beginning that it takes more than an inspiring mission statement to deliver real logistics value. It takes the collective synergy of a true client/provider partnership, with global reach, powerful logistics systems and software tools all working together across the client's entire supply chain. Our 'Customer Centric' approach, global reach and industry-leading software enable us to do just that. We partner with our clients to tailor and integrate logistics systems and solutions that deliver value across the entire enterprise.

To accomplish this we built TransTech, our own programming team dedicated to developing the most advanced and flexible logistics software tools available. The extraordinarily easy-to-use tools they create provide global supply chain management and visibility, with the flexibility to be tailored to meet each client's needs. Plus, our software is provided at no extra cost and interfaces seamlessly with our client's systems to transcend the silos that inhibit critical supply chain and business processes from achieving their desired results.

In addition, we honed our logistics expertise into a balanced cross-discipline of domestic, international and warehouse/distribution services, making TransGroup a true single-source transportation and logistics provider. The proof is in the product, we have grown to more than 90 Stations spanning 5 continents with over 1,200 staffed logistics professionals, and founded a global network of over 150 'Worldwide Alliance Partners’ that produce annual group revenues exceeding $2 billion.

TransGroup History

TransGroup Worldwide Logistics was founded in 1986 by group of experienced industry professionals with a single vision - to create the most innovative transport logistics company available. Our mission from day-one was to literally be the Future of Transport Logistics by developing industry-leading software and innovative logistics systems that work in concert to bring the services and technologies of tomorrow to our customers today.

1986 - 1988: Established our first Logistic Center in Seattle, Washington, focusing on the development of International business and began forming key International partnerships, creating a network of Worldwide Alliance Partners.

1989 - 1993: Entered the Domestic market in 1989 and formed TransTech, our information-technology division, to integrate worldwide data into useable formats, creating unique and advanced work-flow management tools.

1989 – 1995: Opened 14 additional North American Logistic Centers from 1989 to 1995

1994 – 1995: Began development of specialized service divisions in 1994, providing industry specific logistic solutions, i.e., \ TransProject, TransFilm, TransMarine, TransTravel, and many others.

1995 – Present: Continued the expansion of our Logistic Center locations to develop a global footprint, totaling more than 90 station spanning 5 continents for a combined total of over 240 Global Stations.

Today, after 25 years of delivering the Future of Transport Logistics, we are truly the most innovative transportation and logistics system available. That's why our customers rewarded us by making TransGroup a 'Top 100 Supply Chain Partner' according to SCB Magazine, as well as a Great 100 Logistics Company by Inbound Logistics magazine for seven years in a row.
